This User Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User," "you," or "your") and buterich ("Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing, registering for, or utilizing any services offered through the buterich platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the entirety of this Agreement. If you do not consent to these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of all Platform services.
Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to this Agreement shall constitute acceptance of such changes. We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise any provision of this Agreement at our sole discretion, and it is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
To create an account and access the services provided by buterich, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:
buterich reserves the right to restrict or deny access to users residing in jurisdictions including, but not limited to: North Korea, Iran, Syria, Cuba, the Crimea region, and any other territories subject to comprehensive international sanctions.
When creating an account on buterich, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your password and any associated two-factor authentication methods.
You agree to immediately notify buterich of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. The Platform shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.
Each individual may maintain only one active account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.
buterich provides the following digital asset trading services, each governed by specific terms and risk parameters:
You acknowledge that digital asset markets are inherently volatile and that past performance of any asset does not guarantee future results. All trading decisions are made at your own risk.
buterich charges fees for certain services, including but not limited to trading commissions, withdrawal fees, and network transaction costs. The current fee schedule is published on the Platform and may be updated from time to time.
Maker and taker fees apply to spot and futures trades. The applicable rate depends on your trading volume tier and any active promotions. Withdrawal fees are set to cover blockchain network costs and may fluctuate based on network congestion.
By executing a trade or initiating a withdrawal, you authorize buterich to deduct all applicable fees from your account balance. It is your responsibility to review the fee schedule before conducting any transactions.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the Platform:
Violations of this section may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.
All content, trademarks, logos, software, designs, text, graphics, and other materials available on the Platform are the exclusive property of buterich or its licensors and are protected by international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of buterich.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, buterich, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, trading losses, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Platform.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. buterich makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, availability, or fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be responsible for delays or failures caused by system maintenance, network congestion, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events.
In no event shall buterich's total aggregate liability to you exceed the amount of fees you have paid to the Platform during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date written notice of the dispute is delivered.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, either party may submit the matter to binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognized arbitration institution. The arbitration shall be conducted in the English language, and the seat of arbitration shall be determined by the applicable rules.
You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration against buterich. All disputes must be brought in your individual capacity.
buterich reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through the Platform interface or via email to the address associated with your account. The revised terms will take effect upon the date specified in the notice or, if no date is specified, upon posting.
It is your obligation to review this Agreement periodically. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
